Common questions we can answer faster than you'd expect
Where is my order? Send your order number and we'll pull the tracking ourselves rather than sending you a link that says the same thing.
Is this right for my child's age? Tell us how old they are. We'll tell you honestly if we think they're too young — we'd rather not sell you something that sits in a drawer.
Something arrived damaged or won't play. One photo or a short video is all we need. We replace it free and you keep whatever arrived.
