Free tracked shipping on every order. No minimum order.

Where we ship

We currently ship to the United States only, including PO boxes and APO and FPO addresses.

How long it takes

Free Tracked Shipping: 6 to 12 business days.

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and can be affected by carrier delays and public holidays.

Tracking

A tracking number is emailed to you once your order is dispatched. Tracking can sit unchanged for a few days while a parcel moves between carriers — that's normal and doesn't mean it's lost. You can check it any time on our Track your order page.

Duties and fees

We don't charge anything extra on delivery. If a carrier ever asks you to pay a fee to release your parcel, email us before paying and we'll sort it out.

Multiple parcels

Two-player orders may arrive in more than one parcel, on different days.

If it doesn't arrive

Nothing 15 business days after you ordered? Email us and we'll either resend it or refund you. You won't need to chase us twice.

Addresses

Please check your address at checkout. If an order comes back to us because the address was incomplete, we'll contact you and resend it at no charge.
