Shipping policy

Shipping is free on every order. There is no minimum order.

Where we ship

We currently ship to the United States only, including PO boxes and APO and FPO addresses.

Delivery time

Free Tracked Shipping takes 6 to 12 business days. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and can be affected by carrier delays and public holidays.

Tracking

A tracking number is emailed to you once your order has been dispatched. Tracking can remain unchanged for a few days while a parcel moves between carriers. This is normal and does not mean the parcel is lost.

Duties and taxes

We do not charge anything extra on delivery. If a carrier ever asks you to pay a fee to release your parcel, email us before paying and we will sort it out.

Multiple parcels

Two-player orders may arrive in more than one parcel, on different days.

Lost or undelivered orders

If nothing has arrived 15 business days after you ordered, email support@tinyrecordco.com and we will resend the order or refund you in full.

Incorrect addresses

Please check your address at checkout. If an order is returned to us because the address was incomplete or incorrect, we will contact you and resend it at no charge.
